We hire experienced operators — former ADF officers, public servants, industry professionals and capability specialists. No graduate pipeline.
Cleared and sovereign
Australian citizens with current or recent NV1/NV2 clearances. New clearance sponsorship supported in limited cases.
Outcomes over hours
We measure consultants against the client's mission. Utilisation targets do not drive our work.
Small by intent
We grow only when the right person walks in. We will not dilute the bench to win revenue.
